behind the scenes: dalston grey shoot + makeup breakdown

On Monday I had the pleasure of doing makeup on a photo shoot for Toronto clothing store Dalston Grey, which carries a variety of vintage and contemporary clothing. Owner and buyer, Leah Gust did an incredible job styling model Madelaine in an amazing series of summer and spring fashions. Shot by photographer Peter Chatterton, I can’t wait to share with you the final shots once they are done. In the meantime, here is a small taste of some behind the scenes photos I took as well as a breakdown of the look I did on gorgeous Maddie to complement her amazing hair, courtesy of Sandro at Pop Hair in Toronto.
