Meet Taylor. She’s an soon-to-be high school graduate and one of my long-time clients, so I was thrilled she asked me to be her makeup artist when prom time came around. Taylor came to me with the desire of a Miley Cyrus inspired makeup look, which with her stunning features and unbelievable skin was an effortless task.
